Approvals, Colours And Production Tolerances
Mock-ups, stitch layouts, print proofs and colour references are supplied to guide production, but slight variations may occur between screen display, fabric batch, thread selection and finished goods. This is normal in embroidery and printing work, especially on garments, caps, bags and gifts supplied in mixed batches.
By approving a mock-up or production sample, you accept that minor differences in shade, placement, size or finish may occur within normal production tolerances. In coastal humidity or during load-shedding related interruptions, drying times, curing and finishing can also affect schedule and appearance slightly.
- Colours may vary between screens and final goods.
- Minor size and placement differences may occur.
- Natural variations in fabric and thread are part of the process.
- Production continues according to the approved artwork and order notes.
Payments, Collections And Risk
Payment terms, deposit requirements and collection arrangements will be confirmed during the order process. Production may be paused until payment or a deposit has been received, where applicable. Goods collected or delivered are deemed accepted unless any issue is reported within a reasonable period after receipt.
Risk in the goods passes according to the agreed handover point, whether the order is collected from Riverside, Mbombela or sent to another area in the Lowveld. If an order is delayed because of inaccurate instructions, late approvals or changes after production has started, additional charges may apply.
- Orders may require a deposit before production starts.
- Collection and delivery must follow the agreed details.
- Additional costs may apply for changes after approval.
- Late payment may delay release of completed goods.
