Delivery and Collection

We make it easy to get your embroidered, printed or branded order into your hands, whether you are collecting in Mbombela or arranging local delivery. For bulk packs, school orders and corporate wear, we confirm the details before anything leaves our workroom.

Delivery and Collection

How collection works from our Riverside base

Collections are handled from our Riverside, Mbombela base during agreed office and production hours. Once your order is complete and checked, we let you know it is ready for collection and confirm the items, sizes, and any split packs if you ordered for more than one branch or department.

For collection, please make sure the person arriving knows the order name and can check the goods before leaving. This helps when orders include mixed sizes, name personalisation, caps, or several cartons packed for different teams. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, we need the order reference and the name that was given when the order was placed.

  • Bring the order reference or the name used on the booking
  • Check sizes, quantities and spelling before leaving
  • Ask for a delivery note if your accounts team needs one
  • Tell us in advance if a vehicle is too small for cartons or garment bags

Local delivery across Mbombela and nearby towns

We arrange local delivery for clients in Mbombela, Nelspruit Central, White River, Hazyview, Malelane, Barberton, Kabokweni and Ngodwana. Delivery is usually best for repeat school orders, staff uniforms, and bulk corporate packs where the collection point is far from the office or campus.

Delivery timing depends on the size of the order, the route, and whether the items are ready in one batch or in stages. If you need a delivery before a staff event, school opening, expo, or month-end handover, tell us early so we can work backwards from that date. Roads, traffic and weather can affect travel times, especially during heavy rain and busy season movement through the Lowveld.

  • Delivery is scheduled once the full order has been packed and verified
  • We can deliver to a single address or multiple drop points by arrangement
  • Someone should be available to receive and sign for the order
  • We cannot leave cartons unattended at gates, reception areas or security points without approval

Packed bulk orders for schools, companies and events

When you place a bulk order, we pack it in a way that makes distribution easier at your end. That can mean separating uniforms by size, grouping caps and shirts by department, or labelling bags for each learner, employee or promotional recipient. For schools and larger offices this saves time and reduces mix-ups on handover day.

Bulk packing is especially useful when an order includes several garment types or mixed branding methods. For example, a corporate clothing order may include embroidered shirts, screen printed T shirts, branded caps and a few gift items. We try to keep each carton sensible to lift and easy to count, because one heavy box can slow down the whole receiving process.

  • Cartons can be labelled by size, class, department or recipient name
  • We can separate items into sets for easier issue at your side
  • Breakable or small promotional items are packed with extra care
  • If you need packing lists, ask for this when the order is confirmed

What to expect before an order leaves production

Before any order leaves our production floor, it is checked against the approved artwork, sizes, quantities and finishing instructions. This matters for embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, cap branding and name personalisation, because even a small change can affect the final pack. If something does not match the approved setup, we deal with it before dispatch.

For larger runs, we may split the order into production stages. This is normal for schoolwear, corporate uniforms and gift packs where not every item finishes on the same day. We keep you updated so you know whether the full order is ready or whether part of it is complete and the balance is still being finished.

  • Artwork, spelling and sizes are checked against the approved details
  • Orders are counted before packing and again before handover
  • Any split production is communicated before delivery or collection

Urgent orders, load-shedding and weather delays

We understand that uniforms, promotions and school deadlines do not always wait for ideal conditions. In Mbombela and across the Lowveld, load-shedding, rain and traffic can affect production timing and delivery movement. When that happens, we keep the process practical and advise you on the fastest workable option.

If your order is urgent, say so when you place it. We will tell you what is realistic based on artwork approval, stock, embroidery capacity and route planning. It is better to plan one day ahead than to promise a handover time that cannot be kept. For time sensitive orders, collection is often the quickest option if you are nearby.

  • Urgent collections can be prioritised once the order is complete
  • Delivery windows may shift if there is heavy rain or power interruptions
  • School and staff deadlines should be shared at the quoting stage

Receiving checks when your order arrives

When your delivery arrives or you collect in person, please check the goods straight away. Look at quantities, sizes, colour consistency, and any names or logos that were added. If there is a problem, let us know as soon as possible so we can review it against the approved order and packing note.

We recommend one person signs off the delivery and another person opens the cartons if the order is going to different teams. That makes it easier to trace items later and avoids confusion when a whole batch of shirts, caps or bags is being issued in stages. If you need a re-check on your side before distribution, say so and we can talk through the cleanest way to handle it.

  • Check counts before items are handed out
  • Keep the packing note with your receiving records
  • Report any issue promptly so it can be reviewed
